KUDAT: The eco-diversity study conducted by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) at Marudu Bay has been completed and the status of the bio-diversity resources will be documented, Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Seri Dr Maximus Ongkili said.
He said the ‘Mangrove Ecosystem Study and Resource Management for Seafood and Sustainable Ecotourism for Coastal Communities’ was to find ways to sustain Marudu Bay and improve the income of the people there.
