Down with illegal barriers

THREE women got emotional and scolded several enforcement officers from the Penang Municipal Council who came to cut down a metal door grille at a block of flats in George Town.

The three stopped the officers when they were about to cut down the door grille that was illegally installed at the end of a corridor on the 19th floor of Block B of the PPR low-cost flats on Jalan Sungai.
