A COMMUNITY-based solid waste management project focused on composting is expected to be developed with Japanese expertise in Sibu.
Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) chairman Datuk Tiong Thai King said the project was funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency under a grassroots cooperation scheme.
