FUND for Sibu’s flood mitigation plan is still short of about RM263mil as the whole implementation work will require at least RM400mil.
The government has approved an allocation of RM137mil for the purpose but the amount was far from sufficient, said Lanang MP Datuk Tiong Thai King.
