PETALING JAYA: Umno has set an exemplary political model of coalition-building for South-East Asia, said International Conference of Asian Political Parties chairman Jose De Venecia.
Malaysia, he said, has gained regional political eminence, become the fastest growing miracle economy in East Asia, and remained a model of moderation and tolerance for the entire Muslim world because of policies implemented by the Umno-led Barisan Nasional.
