Chronic eye disease

THE Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology and Caring Pharmacy, together with Novartis, will be organising a public forum on Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD), a leading cause of legal blindness in the elderly today at the Laksamana Ballroom, Armada Hotel, Petaling Jaya, from 8.45am onwards. It is held to create awareness on chronic eye diseases and promote “The Right to Sight” in conjunction with the World Sight Day. There will also be eye-care related door gifts for the public.
