Row of wooden shops in Sibu makes way for new shophouse

A ROW of five wooden shops welcoming customers with a frontage of bright yellow bananas in Sungai Merah, Sibu, will be dearly missed as they are being dismantled to make way for a three-storey shophouse.

With the two motor workshops beside them, they are part of the last row of shops in the bazaar to make way for the shophouse.
