A GROUP of students from SK Merpati Jepang in Kuching were recently taught how to make bamboo mats by experts from the Malaysian Handicraft Development Corporation (Kraftangan Malaysia).
The craft-making workshop for primary and secondary students is one of the side events at the 2010 Malaysian Craft Promotion and Exhibition that ended yesterday at the Kuching Waterfront.
