Operators of telecommunication towers were quick to dismantle 20 structures on top of four shops in SS3, Petaling Jaya, minutes before Petaling Jaya City Council personnel came to tear these down yesterday.
Residents had earlier complained to the council that the telco towers, which had been there for the past eight years, were too close for comfort.
