RUNNERS at the recent Pacesetters New Balance 15km race were not spared from the infamous hills around the Bukit Tunku and Parliament area even though the route was changed a month before the race.
“We had previously planned to have the race flagged off from Lake Gardens, however the spot (Tapak A) is currently undergoing some upgrading work, hence we were advised to move it to Padang Merbok instead,” said Pacesetters Athletic Club Malaysia (PACM) president Rustam Affandi Zaihan.
