THE normally deserted Komtar overhead pedestrian bridge in Penang is set to come alive with street performances and kiosks — all due to a feng shui tip.
Komtar assemblyman Ng Wei Aik said the Penang Municipal Council’s Public Health and Licensing Standing Committee agreed last week to open the walkway for street performers.
