Warm reception for local actors

WITH hundreds of adoring fans waiting, waving banners and cheering, the cast members of Ice Kacang Puppy Love were accorded a warm welcome during a meet-the-fans session at Prangin Mall in Penang.

Aniu, who wrote, starred in and directed the critically acclaimed cinematographic masterpiece accompanied by co-star Yi Jet Qi, also serenaded fans with an a capella rendition of the movie’s theme song before signing autographs and posing for pictures.
