MALAYSIAN Amir Mustafa Rusli clinched the best rider (country and Asean) titles at the end of Stage 3 of the Jelajah Malaysia 2010 cycling race in Juru, Bukit Mertajam.
The 23-year-old representing the national team however lost to South African Malcolm Lange from the Medscheme team in the sprint category (Individual Points classification-green jersey) in the race on Thursday.
