Temple celebration
Sri Ramar Temple on York Close, Penang, will celebrate Sri Rama Navami (Lord Rama’s birthday) on Wednesday from 10am with abishegam, omam and pooja prayers. There will also be evening pooja from 5.30pm to 8pm. A chariot procession will be held from 7.30pm along Solok York, York Road, Air Itam Road and Terengganu Road until Taman Free School flats and back to the temple along the same route.
