A CHINGAY performance will be included in the 10th TwaPeh Kong Hneoh Grand Float Procession 2010 in Penang on Feb 28 and it has now attracted 56 organisations and Tua Pek Kong groups.
Among the participants are the Penang Chinese Town Hall and Penang Tourism Development and Culture Committee.
