VOUCHERS worth RM14,000 have been allocated for 200 needy students and pupils living within the Datuk Keramat constituency in Penang to purchase school items.
Its assemblyman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the programme was conducted to help reduce the burden of parents who had school-going children but could not afford to purchase essential items.
