Risk of floods
Stormy weather is forecast for Terengganu and Pahang until Saturday. The Meteorological Department, in issuing a yellow stage warning on the matter, said low-lying areas in these states were at risk of floods. The districts most likely to be affected are Besut, Setiu, Kuala Terengganu, Marang, Dungun and Kemaman in Terengganu and Kuantan and Pekan in Pahang.
