IN RESPONSE to the StarMetro article on Dec 8 titled “Case closed but Public Complaints Bureau didn’t solve the woes”, the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) director-general Datuk Dr Tam Weng Wah said that the case was closed as they found that there were no grounds for the complaint.
“We were informed by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) that the wall was an illegal structure and the demolition is in accordance with the law. This as well as information from a related case made us close the case,” Tam said.
