STUDENTS of Bukit Mertajam High School in Penang jumped, cheered and clapped when the school was announced as the champion of the state-level Science Competition 2009, held recently at The Summit shopping centre in Bukit Mertajam.
The high school students, who were there to cheer for their school, watched in high anticipation of winning the first prize when the names of the first runner-up and the second runner-up were announced by the master of ceremony.
