HOTEL Equatorial’s Kampachi Japanese Restaurant has expanded the buffet list of its famous Sunday Brunch. The new Sunday Brunch just got better with a new look and new menu. Look out for its handmade soba which is known as Teuchi Soba. Other offerings are Shichimi Tofu, Kaki Furai, Ebi Maki Mushi, Shisyamo, Bukkake Soba, Tori Niniku Yaki and other delights such as fresh sushi and sashimi, soft shell crab rolls, beef and chicken Sukiyaki, Yaki Zakana (grilled fish), California handroll, freshly-steamed Chawan Mushi, assorted tempura, pan-fried rice dumpling and potato salad, unagi (grilled eel) and more. Don’t miss out on desserts and fresh juices like freshly-squeezed orange juice, sesame peanuts Mochi, matcha ice-cream with a lot of azuki beans, fresh-cut fruits and more. The chef only uses fresh ingredients flown in from Japan.
