THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) will continue issuing temporary hawker licences to roadside hawkers if they abide by the terms and conditions imposed by the council.
MPPP secretary Patahiyah Ismail said the terms and conditions included proper trading locations and spots which did not obstruct traffic flow or the movement of neighbouring residents.
