DEFENDING champions Kurnia Kwarta FC from Indonesia have withdrawn from the Ulu Klang Recreation Club (UKRC)-Astro International Soccer 9s competition at the UKRC ground this weekend.
UKRC president Andrew Gopal said Kurnia Kwarta FC informed the organising committee that they would not be able to take part in the competition two weeks ago.
