MIRI: The Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry (MOSTI) will propose the setting up of six national innovation centres in the country before the end of this year to the Cabinet, Minister Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili said recently.
He said the idea for such centres, with the aim of promoting creativity and innovation among Malaysians, was conceived by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
