THE halted upgrading works at the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) TTDI interchange will commence tomorrow.
Highway concessionaire Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (Litrak) chief executive officer Sazally Saidi said that the project had been halted for four months.
