TO AVOID allegations of unfair practices, the Kuala Lumpur City Hall, for the first time, invited the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to supervise the drawing of lots for the Ramadan Bazaar in Kuala Lumpur.
Mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail said that in previous years, City Hall had often been accused of not being transparent when it came to the allocation of the licences.
