SELANGOR Mentri Besar Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim has taken the Selangor Football Foundation (Yayasan Bola Sepak Selangor) to task for its failure to develop the sport.
He said the foundation had also failed to help the Selangor Football Association (FAS) financially.
