SELANGOR’S junior shuttler M. Thinaah will have to shift her focus to excel in the singles event in the girls’ Under-12 at national level next season.
Although the 11-year-old from Klang has made a strong impression in the girls’ Under-12 doubles at first and second legs of the National Junior Badminton Circuit zone meet pairing up with Eng Pui Yee this year, Selangor Badminton Association (SBA) coach Abdul Halim Abu Bakar said it was going to be tough for Thinaah to find a suitable replacement partner when 12-year-old Eng moves up to the next age group.
