SMALL and medium industries (SMIs) should be linked to support a given industry rather than compete with each other, said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
“Such a symbiotic relationship will increase the survival rate of each component enterprise and enhance the industry as a whole,” he said, adding that this option had been successfully applied in Taiwan for many years.
