A TOTAL of 73 people received awards from the Sultan of Kedah Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah at the second session of the investiture ceremony in conjunction with his 81st birthday.
State executive councillors Dr Hamdan Mohamed Khalib and V. Arumugam were among 36 people who received the Setia Diraja Kedah (SDK) award at Istana Anak Bukit in Alor Setar yesterday.
