Complaints about broken drains go unheeded


As A homeowner in her 60s and living in one of Kuala Lumpur’s oldest suburbs, I should have been happy to read your report “DBKL allocates almost RM3bil budget for 2019” (StarMetro, Dec 27).

Instead, I am cynical because I have no confidence that any of it will benefit me and my neighbours.
