MELAKA: Discounts of up to 30% on essential food items are being offered through 113 Jualan Rahmah Madani across the state throughout the month of Ramadan, said state entrepreneur, cooperative development and consumer affairs committee chairman Allex Seah Shoo Chin.
“Of the 113 programmes planned, 22 are being held at fixed premises, while another 91 will be conducted through mobile sales at strategic locations throughout the state,” he told The Star on Wednesday (March 4).
Seah said the programme focuses on essential items, and the items on sale are priced below the usual market prices.
Seah said there are also lucky draws for RM20 Touch ’n Go eWallet vouchers at four locations statewide.
He said the voucher giveaway will run from March 4 to 6.
The four locations are: Melaka Baru, Taman Bukit Tambun Perdana in Durian Tunggal, Jasin Bestari and Bandar Satelit Pulau Sebang.
