UOA Development Bhd (UOA) welcomed its first 11 retail partners for the Retail Podium at Bamboo Hills Residences in Bamboo Hills, Kuala Lumpur.

The retail partners are Jaya Grocer (anchor tenant), 7 Eleven, Food City, Hairmo Hairdressing, Health Lane Family Pharmacy, Hock Kee Kopitiam, Komune Care, Luckin Coffee, Nasi Lemak Shop, R Pharmacy and Zus Coffee.

Located within the Bamboo Hills development, the Retail Podium spans 130,000sq ft and is slated to launch in 2027.

“These first partners reflect our shared commitment to offer a welcoming retail experience at Bamboo Hills, thoughtfully curated to the evolving needs and lifestyles of today’s diverse communities,” said UOA general manager (projects) Stephanie Kong.

The Retail Podium complements Bamboo Hills Residences, a freehold residential component comprising three residential blocks with 2,517 units amid green surroundings.

“The retail mix will prioritise essential daily needs, including groceries, a variety of dining experiences, convenience services, wellness and healthcare, creating a destination designed to support and bring together residents and the wider community,” said Kong.

Bamboo Hills Residences marks the next phase of the Bamboo Hills integrated development following the successful completion of the Bamboo Hills Dining Enclave, an exclusive and popular dining destination known for its lush landscape, water features, unique dining pavilions and vast outdoor spaces.

As a transit-oriented development with direct link bridge to Kentonmen MRT Station, the community-centred urban hub provides everyday convenience with seamless access to public transport, major highways and a wide array of retail and F&B establishments.
