Putrajaya refurbishing monorail bridge as pedestrian and cycling link

THE long-abandoned monorail bridge in Putrajaya is being refurbished and will open to the public as a pedestrian and cycling link in the coming months.

Putrajaya Corporation president Datuk Fadlun Mak Ujud said the structure, which spans about 200m across Putrajaya Lake between Precinct 4 and Precinct 8, remained unused after the city’s monorail project was suspended.
