Negroni Week has arrived at Gordon Ramsay Bar and at Sunway Resort Hotel, bringing with it a celebration of one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
Until Sept 30, guests can savour a curated cocktail menu inspired by the classic Italian drink, featuring three inventive interpretations.
The highlight is the Barrel-Aged Negroni, bold yet refined with smooth notes of vanilla and wood.
A floral, fruity delight, Madame Nightflower blends lavender and citrus with a silky honeycomb finish elevated by tropical notes.
The Bittersweet Symphony is a decadent mix of cacao and vermouth, balanced by the richness and delicate bitterness of chocolate.
Each cocktail is priced at RM60+ per glass. It can be enjoyed as a flight of three for RM150+.
There are other concoctions available, such as classic favourites and cocktails with Malaysian-inspired flavours, besides a host of premium wines and spirits.
Adjacent to the cocktail bar, a dedicated wine cellar showcases an extensive global wine list for enthusiasts.

In conjunction with Negroni Week, Campari Group brand ambassador Giri Pancha will be doing a guest shift at Jann tomorrow from 8pm onwards.
He will feature three innovative cocktails inspired by the classic Negroni.
First, the Smoked Red Winter is a spirit-forward mix of Campari, Wild Turkey eight-year-old bourbon, dry curacao and aromatic bitters.
For something more citrusy, opt for the Jungle Rooster.
It is made of Campari, Espolon Blanco tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice and wild mint syrup.
Meanwhile, the Liquid Luck cocktail blends Campari, Bickens Gin-infused chrysanthemum, Cinzano Bianco, saline solution, and orange bitters.
Savour the cocktails at RM188nett for a set of three.
