Calming touch at KLIA2

KL International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 2 has opened a Calm Room for individuals with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, global developmental delay and other sensory processing challenges.

Located on Mezzanine Floor (Level 3A) of the Departure Hall, access is via request at the main information counter.

The initiative is an extension of The Butterfly Effect service, Malaysia Airports’ efforts to support passengers with hidden disabilities.
