THE stage is set for Malaysia Property Award 2024.
Organised by International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)Malaysia, the award honours excellence in property developments, distinguishing itself by celebrating the achievements of projects that embody innovation, quality and sustainability.
The presentation ceremony and gala dinner will take place on Dec 7 in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It will be graced by Melaka’s Yang di-Pertua Tun Mohd Ali Rustam.
FIABCI-Malaysia president Dr Yu Kee Su said the Malaysia Property Award not only recognised outstanding achievements but also elevated Malaysian projects on the global stage.
It has long been a beacon of excellence in the industry, showcasing trailblazing property developments that set benchmarks for innovation and sustainability, he said.
Project winners of the Malaysia Property Award will represent Malaysia to compete with projects from other countries at FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards, he added.
