Developer offers potential owners Raya incentives

Lim recently launched the Gempak Raya Bonanza festive homeownership campaign offering incentives on selected properties in new township near Seremban.

POTENTIAL buyers of properties in Bandar Sri Sendayan near Seremban, Negri Sembilan are in luck this Raya.

Property developer Matrix Concepts has unveiled a festive campaign this year that aims to make homeownership more attainable.

From now until May 12, the developer’s Gempak Raya Bonanza campaign offers potential owners incentives.

During the campaign period, buyers can enjoy convenient payment plans, exemptions on stamp duty and legal fees and festive rewards of up to RM10,000 on selected properties.

These properties include homes and commercial shop lots in the satellite township.

Matrix Concepts Group chief marketing officer Lim Kok Yee said the Gempak Raya Bonanza campaign covered four residential and two commercial projects.

The residential projects are Eka Heights, Irama Sendayan 2, Bayu Sutera and Tiara Sendayan, while the commercial shop lots are Irama Biz and Nusari Biz 2.

Lim said the overwhelming response from buyers also underscored the company’s steadfast reputation for dedication.

“Despite economic concerns, our buyers’ ownership remains paramount to us.

“Their confidence in our commitment to quality homes, prime locations, easy accessibility and competitive pricing motivates us to deliver value-for-money products,” he said during the launch of the festive campaign.

Buyers also have the opportunity to win attractive prizes that include home appliances and vouchers worth up to RM20,000 via a special Raya lucky draw.

Adding to the season’s joy is Fantasia Raya, a festive showcase scheduled to take place on April 20 and 21 at Bayu Sutera Galleria.

During the weekend event, guests can enjoy music and dance performances and indulge in fun games, activities and a vibrant bazaar.
