NEWS that a public parking lot in Jalan SK10/4, Seri Kembangan in Selangor, has been earmarked for a commercial centre is upsetting stakeholders.

For more than three decades, the carpark near the Seri Kembangan MCA branch has primarily been used by vendors and people going to the market.
