FLOODING of coastal areas in Klang might discourage voters from travelling to polling stations to vote, claims incumbent Klang MP Charles Santiago.

He posted a video on TikTok on Monday (Oct 17) showing a car park at Port Klang jetty inundated with water at 7.40am.
