1,000 civil defence personnel on standby

THIRTY flood incidents have been reported to the Johor Civil Defence Force (APM) over the last two months.

State APM disaster and operations chief Mohd Aziz Jupri said this included the flash floods in Johor Baru, Batu Pahat, Pontian and Muar in late September.
