Kudos to retiree turned green warrior for inspiring villagers

SEBERANG Prai City Council (MBSP) took its hat off to a retiree who got his whole kampung to collect 10,000kg of recyclable materials.

Since 2013, Abdul Rahman Saad, 65, has been championing Penang’s waste-segregation-at-source policy in Kampung Permatang Nibong.
