VACANT shops and a handful of customers are the reality at Pasar Muafakat Sabah in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

United Sabah Suluk Association president Faisal Sisar said the market that cost RM1.5mil was almost empty as more than half of the 40 shops were shuttered even before the Covid-19 pandemic hit.
