Choi: Our drive to innovate stems from the desire to provide the best

LEADING electronics brand LG Electronics (LG) Malaysia has received a vote of confidence from Malaysian consumers.

It won the bronze award in the Personal, Household and Outdoor Appliances category at the 2021 Putra Brand Awards.

The awards, also known as People’s Choice Awards, highlight the most trusted brands in the country.

LG Electronics Malaysia managing director Justin Choi said the company’s drive to innovate stemmed from the desire to provide consumers with the best.

“The people deserve to live better and easier lives despite the challenges posed by the (Covid-19)pandemic.

“This is why we continue to design more advanced and highly practical products for our consumers.”

Choi added that the two years of the movement control orders were challenging.

“With people opting to stay home most of the time to ensure safety, hygiene has become a top priority in most households.

To safeguard consumers and improve their lives, LG has rolled out various health-related products, he added.

These products include the LG Styler, the LG PuriCare Wearable Air Purifier, Air Purifier and Water Purifier, LG InstaView Door-in-Door Refrigerators and LG Front Load Washer with AI Direct Drive and Steam.

As home entertainment was top priority during the pandemic, LG introduced cutting-edge products such as LG OLED TVs and LG NanoCell TVs.

The LG OLED TVs present revolutionary technologies that allowed for a true cinematic experience.

They feature low blue light with flicker-free and glare-free displays and come with the latest gaming features to guarantee the ultimate gaming and viewing experience for all.

“LG is always looking to deliver a new and fresh experience for consumers through our advanced technologies.

“This award is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication.

“It also pushes us to move forward and continue to help our consumers enjoy a good and comfortable life,” Choi said.
