THE Japanese Garden at D.R. Seenivasagam Recreational Park in Ipoh boasts a beautiful and serene area not many people are aware of.
There is a karesansui garden or Japanese-style rock garden that was built towards the end of 2019 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Fukuoka, Japan and Ipoh, Perak, as sister cities.
