Shoring up support for river-cleaning campaign

Informa Markets and Malaysian Water Association teamed up with local communities in Serendah to clean and reinforce Sungai Selaru’s riverbanks.

INFORMA Markets — the organiser of Asiawater 2022, an international water and waste water event for the Asean region — and Malaysian Water Association (MWA) recently organised a campaign to clean the riverbanks of Sungai Selaru in Serendah, Selangor.

The project included teaming up with local communities in Serendah to protect Sungai Selaru’s riverbanks while ensuring its sustainability for the next generation to enjoy.
