A SEA of bright red lanterns are brightening up Chai Leng Park in Butterworth, Penang, and more areas are expected to be spruced up for the Chinese New Year season.

Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) councillor P. David Marshel said the council had embarked on a project to decorate certain spots around the mainland.
