Harnessing city’s strengths to spur local economy

EduCity Iskandar is home to several world-class institutions.

Twenty years ago, Iskandar Puteri — formerly known as Nusajaya — was synonymous with oil palm estates, small villages and plantations.

Today it has grown into a city with a population of more than half a million, according to Iskandar Puteri City Council’s (MBIP) website.
