KUALA LUMPUR: Taman Persekutuan Bukit Kiara in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI) will be closed to the public starting Tuesday (June 1).
A statement from the National Landscape Department on Monday (May 31) said the park would be closed in its entirety throughout the full movement control order, which starts on Tuesday and is scheduled to end on June 14.
This follows the announcement by Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob on Sunday (May 31) that sports and recreational activities would be limited to jogging and exercises that do not involve physical contact, and only from 7am to 8pm, during the nationwide full lockdown.
The activities may be carried out in neighbourhood parks but are subjected to the movement control order that is currently in force, he added.
