Five postgraduate students awarded scholarship by Japanese company

FIVE Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (Unimas) students have been awarded the Mitsubishi Corporation international scholarship for their studies in the Resource Science and Technology Faculty.They were presented with the scholarship at a virtual awards ceremony at the Unimas campus in Kota Samarahan recently, which was attended by representatives of the university and Mitsubishi Corporation Kuala Lumpur office.

This marks the first time Mitsubishi has awarded its scholarships to students from Unimas, underlining the company’s commitment towards financial support for talent development in Sarawak.
