Dirty food processing factory ordered close for 14 days

A FACTORY owner involved in non-halal food production in Kepala Batas, Penang, still did not learn his lesson despite being told to buck up on cleanliness last year.

The half-a-century-old factory processing fish balls and pork-based products was told to close for 14 days during a joint raid led by the Penang Health Department yesterday.
